We prepare the duck meat with duck fat in a broth of white wine, baby vegetables, spices and herbs. Thanks to this cooking process, our pâté is a concentrate of flavors! Simply spread it between two slices of bread. Add a few gherkins and, why not, a leaf or two of green salad, and your duck pâté sandwich is ready for your picnic!
