Ingredients:
- 200g duck hearts
- 1 onion 1 garlic clove
- 1 small can peeled tomatoes Tomato paste
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 glass of dry white wine
- 1 glass stock cube Olive oil
- salt and pepper
Preparation:
- Cut the hearts into strips.
- Season with salt and pepper. Chop onions and garlic.
- Brown the onions in a frying pan, then add the garlic and tomatoes.
- Cover and allow to brown.
- Add the tomato paste, bay leaf, glass of stock and glass of wine.
- Cook over low heat for 10 minutes.
- Add the hearts to the sauce and cook over a low heat for 5 minutes.
