Sliced Gers duck hearts with tomato sauce

Ingredients:

  • 200g duck hearts
  • 1 onion 1 garlic clove
  • 1 small can peeled tomatoes Tomato paste
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 glass of dry white wine
  • 1 glass stock cube Olive oil
  • salt and pepper

Preparation:

  1. Cut the hearts into strips.
  2. Season with salt and pepper. Chop onions and garlic.
  3. Brown the onions in a frying pan, then add the garlic and tomatoes.
  4. Cover and allow to brown.
  5. Add the tomato paste, bay leaf, glass of stock and glass of wine.
  6. Cook over low heat for 10 minutes.
  7. Add the hearts to the sauce and cook over a low heat for 5 minutes.
