he Magret de Canard Séché Tranché du Gers is an exceptional product that embodies all the richness and tradition of the South-West of France. Made from ducks raised in the Gers region, this duck breast is carefully selected for its quality and unique taste.

The manufacturing process, which is entirely artisanal, consists of delicately salting the duck breasts, then leaving them to dry slowly, in accordance with ancestral methods. This maturing process results in a texture that's both firm and melt-in-the-mouth, and a delicately perfumed, slightly smoky flavor, typical of products from the South-West.

Each thin, delicate slice reveals the rich flavor of the duck, with subtle aromas released as you taste. Perfect as a starter, aperitif or salad, Magret de Canard Séché Tranché du Gers will add a gourmet, authentic touch to your meals.
