Offers on the site are valid while they are online.
Fresh produce has a best-before date, which varies according to the nature of the product.
Semi-cooked foie gras has a shelf life of 6 months from the date of manufacture.
Offers are valid for all purchases made online, without geographical limitation.
Some products are not available for shipment outside mainland France, in particular, but not exclusively, products requiring cold chain handling (fresh and semi-preserved). Spirits are not shipped outside mainland France.
All products on the site are available and our offers are subject to availability.
If a product is unavailable after you have placed your order, we will inform you by e-mail or telephone within 24 hours (working days).
You can then ask for your order to be cancelled or for the missing product(s) to be exchanged.
When you click on the "Validate" button at the end of the order process, you declare that you accept the order and all of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale fully and unreservedly.

Shipments to France
The flat-rate fee varies according to the shipping method you choose:
- Chronopost: the charge is €6.50. For orders over €70, Chronopost offers free delivery.
. Chronopost Food: €6.50 free for orders over €70 Mandatory for fresh produce.
International shipments
The participation fee is fixed:
* Countries with strict import restrictions on certain products: please consult us before confirming your order.
Fresh products are delivered in France by refrigerated transport with Chronopost Food exclusively.
They are not shipped abroad.
Vacuum-packed products are not shipped to Canada and the United States.
Foie gras and foie gras-based recipes are not delivered to California, nor is wine.
Products are supplied at the current prices shown on the site when the order is placed.
We accept payment by credit card (Carte Bleue, Visa, Mastercard/Eurocard) and Paypal.
For shipments within France :
Orders are shipped 24 to 72 hours after online validation.
Orders validated on Fridays are shipped on Mondays.
Orders validated on Saturdays and Sundays are shipped on Tuesdays.
After delivery by our Logistics Department, your order is delivered within :
- 48-72 hours by Colissimo suivi (delivery time not guaranteed)
- 24 hours by Chronopost.
These lead times are for working days, excluding postal delivery problems and subject to product availability.
For shipments abroad :
Departure from our farm within 3 working days of receipt of order (unless out of stock).

ESPRIT FOIE GRAS is not responsible for delivery times which may be irregular or longer than expected. The delivery times indicated are those usually observed. These indications are given for information only and are not contractually binding.
The regulations are set by the European Union.
Shipment to a European Union country: French VAT included.
Shipment outside the European Union: Invoicing free of taxes and duties (any duties at destination are at the customer's expense).
Any customs duties payable at destination are the responsibility of the recipient. These duties are not the responsibility of ESPRIT FOIE GRAS.
It is therefore your responsibility to check with your local authorities for any import restrictions on the products you intend to order.
8. Applicable law - disputes
This contract is governed by French law.
The language of the present contract is French.
In the event of a dispute, the courts of AUCH shall have sole jurisdiction.
These provisions do not deprive members living outside mainland France of the application of the rules laid down in international conventions.
